Manufactured by Incom, the same firm which produced the X-wing fighter. Many rebel pilots learned to fly in a T-16. Rebels and criminal gangs find it easy to modify by adding weaponry, and sometimes use it to provide cheap aircover for their operations.

The T-16 stats can be converted from the RPG, or adapted from the description on the back of the toy box. It also can be used to represent any other airspeeder, such as the T-47 listed in the SWMB Companion, or even given the stats for the snowspeeder for simplicity's sake.

The toy T-16 is made with an unrealistically large gun that swivels and shoots darts. As shown in the second and third pictures, the gun can be removed easily with a small phillips head screwdriver. Remove the three screws from the bottom of the T-16 and remove the bottom panel. From the top of that panel, remove the washer screw and plastic disk that hold the gun. Then replace the bottom panel and its three screws. The hole in the bottom can be adapted to be the new mounting hole for the vehicle, with or without the small plastic disk being replaced. The gun can be mounted on another vehicle or on a scratch-built base to represent a heavy artillery piece.
